Nicolas Lunabba’s  ‘Will You Care If I Die?’ Premieres in Sweden Today

The film adaptation of Nicolas Lunabba’s bestselling and highly acclaimed novel Will You Care If I Die? premieres in Swedish theaters today, August 21st, 2026. The movie has already received rave reviews from several Swedish media outlets, praising it for its importance and phenomenal acting performances from Peshang Rad and Rudwan Socdal, who play Nicolas and Elijah respectively.

At the helm of the production is director Rojda Sekersöz (Young Royals), who is joined by screenwriter Wictor Ericsson (Halfway to Heaven, Strawberry Days). The film is produced by Nordic Drama Queens and distributed by Nordisk Film.
