Karolina Schützer
KAROLINA SCHÜTZER (1984) is a Swedish journalist and author. Driven by a deep love for France, she has both worked and studied in Paris. Following a decade-long career as a television reporter and editor for Sveriges Television, she and her family moved to Uppsala to pursue a more serene lifestyle.
In 2023, Schützer made her literary debut with the critically acclaimed Beneath the Paris Stars, which quickly became a favorite among readers, securing its position as a #1 bestseller. The follow-up novel Snowfall Over Paris was published less than a year later by LB Förlag. The hit series was followed by two cozy crime novels, Eden of Death and A Killer’s Symphony, both published by LB Förlag in 2024 and 2025 respectively.
In May 2026, Schützer is returning with the highly anticipated third installment of her Sophia in Paris series, allowing the readers to return to Paris and the charming characters in Sophia’s universe one last time.
