Patrik Lundberg will be Awarded an Honorary Doctorate

Patrik Lundberg, author of the critically acclaimed novels Butterfly Road, The Wankers and Yellow on the Outside, will be awarded an honorary doctorate at Malmö University for his contributions to students with backgrounds lacking academic role models.

Lundberg works as a reporter and columnist at Dagens Nyheter, Sweden’s largest daily morning newspaper, and has throughout the years used his platforms and novels to debate and highlight issues regarding adoption and class society. The appointment ceremony will be held at Malmö University’s Annual Academic Ceremony in October.
