MARIT DANIELSSON (1962) was born in the small village of Idbäck outside of Malung, and now resides in Stockholm. She has worked in television as a channel manager and held the position of chief editor for many years in the world of magazines. Danielsson made her literary debut in 2018, and she now returns with a new novel set in the picturesque landscape of the Swedish Dalecarlia, where the author has her own roots. With a masterful eye for intrigue and complicated family relationships, Danielsson writes about our innermost desires and fears.
